Q. How do I pay for my Integrity Notes?
A. You may charge your Integrity Notes shipments to VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. If you elect this payment option, your credit card will be charged every 8-12 weeks. You may cancel Integrity Notes at any time – your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
Q. What if I have a problem or question about my account?

Q. What if I don’t like a particular shipment I’m sent?
A. We understand this may happen. Just mail the shipment to the address printed in the upper left-hand corner of the invoice. Be sure to include a note telling us the reason for the return. Also, be sure to tell us that you want to remain a member. We’ll credit your account and continue to send your greeting card shipments. If you wish to stop receiving Integrity Notes, contact our Customer Service Department.
Q. How often will I receive my shipment of Integrity Notes?
A. You will receive your new shipment approximately every two months.
Q. What if I don’t receive a shipment on time?
A. New shipments are mailed approximately every two months. Occasionally, a shipment may be delayed in the mail. Let us know if you have not received your shipment within 8 weeks after your last one. Just contact the Customer Service Department and they’ll take care of it promptly.
Q. What if I move?
A. To ensure uninterrupted delivery, please notify us of your new address 6-8 weeks before you move.
